Your AURA PLUS arrives 85% pre-assembled. We recommend final setup and safety checks by a certified bicycle mechanic. A tune-up after one month is also recommended to ensure proper alignment and calibration.

This product complies with Australian e-bike regulations and is limited to a maximum speed of 25km/h using pedal assist. The throttle is limited to 6km/h for walking assistance. The 500W motor can be electronically limited to 250W for use in states where required. GPS tracking is available via the E-Mono mobile app. Riders are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.

If your product is not working as expected, we're here to help. However, Sunmono does not accept returns for change of mind.

To be eligible for a refund:

The product must be in new condition, in its original packaging, with all parts and accessories, including tools, booklets, chargers, and packaging.
The product must be in saleable condition as deemed by Sunmono.
Proof of payment must be presented.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of our decision.
No marks, scuffs, or scratches to the products.
The final decision to approve a refund is at Sunmono's discretion.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your nominated bank account in the amount approved.
Sunmono will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the product.
