E-Mono MARS - 48V

1. Bond
A $250 refundable security bond is required at rental start. Full refund on return of e-bike and accessories in original condition. Deductions: Battery Key ($200), Charger ($85), Helmet ($40), Phone Holder ($20), Lock ($100), Battery ($750), Delivery Rack ($50).

2. Bike Stolen
If the e-bike is stolen, immediately inform the Company and report to the police. The Customer pays a $750 excess fee; the security bond is forfeited.

3. Disappearance
Disappearance with the e-bike will lead to legal actions by the Company, including notifying law enforcement and the Australian Immigration Department, potentially impacting the Customer’s status.

4. Recommendations for Usage
Charge the e-bike regularly but not over 24 hours. Follow speed limits: max 25km/h, throttle up to 6km/h. Avoid rain to protect the electrical system.

5. Workshop
Complimentary workshop services include brake pad replacement and gear alignment. Charges for parts replacement due to misuse or damage during the rental are the Customer's responsibility.

6. Customer Documents
Required for rental: Valid passport or Australian ID, full name, address, email, phone, and a valid credit/debit card.

7. Our Commitment with Australian Laws
The Company adheres to Australian laws in e-bike rentals, ensuring all provided e-bikes and accessories meet safety and operational standards.
