The E-MONO HERA is built and designed on a super light step-through aluminium alloy frame that weighs just 21 kg. This lightweight frame improves the bike's performance and can rapidly reach a top speed of 25 km/h on public roads. At the same time, the Samsung 48V / 15Ah Li-ion Lithium Battery provides up to 75 km range in PAS mode.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of our decision.
No marks, scuffs, or scratches to the products.
The final decision to approve a refund is at Sunmono's discretion.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your nominated bank account in the amount approved.
Sunmono will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the product.
